Loan Characteristics:
Loan amount: up to $25,000
Loan currency: USD or LBP
Repayment period: up to 48 months in LBP or up to 60 months in USD

Loan Conditions:
** Applicant should be a Lebanese citizen
** Applicant should have been employed for more than one year or self employed for more than two years
** Applicant’s monthly payment shouldn’t exceed 1/3 of the monthly salary (for employees) & 1/4 of the monthly income (for self employed and according to marital status)
** Applicant’s minimum salary should be $600 for singles, $900 for married, and $1500 for self employed
** Applicant shouldn’t be retired when loan period ends

Loan Features :
** Loan Amount : up to US$ 100,000, or equivalent in LBP. -Amounts above US$ 100,000 are reviewed on case by case basis
** Repayment Period : up to 10 years for Public Sector and 5 years for Private Sector

** Debit Interest Rate (compounded) : 10% on US$ and 12% for LBP on Public Sector and 11% on US$ and 12% for LBP for Private Sector
** File Fees : US$ 100 or equivalent in LBP for Private Sector and LBP 75,000 for Public Sector

** Quarterly Commission : 2‰​ for Private sector
** APR (Annual percentage rate) : 13.93% for loans in LBP and 12.69% for loans in US$
** Life Insurance : to cover loan amount depending on the age of the borrower

** The 5 insurance companies we deal with are :

ii. Fidelity
iii. Libano-Suisse
iv. SNA
v. ​UFA

For employees:
Copy of passport or Identity Card
Proof of income: a recent employment certificate confirming the date of employment, position held, salary, and NSSF number (if available) or certificate of salary with a copy of the last payroll slip
Proof of residence: certificate of residence or copy of electricity or phone bill

For self-employed:
** Copy of passport or Identity Card
** Statement of account for the last 6 months
** Declaration of income for the last 2 years
** Copy of the company’s commercial circular
** Documents proving the place of work (certificate of Commercial Register, etc.)
** Copy of syndicate membership card (if available)
