MOPH Qatar COVID-19 Vaccine Registration

** The MOPH has approved Pfizer and BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use, as safe and effective.
** Qatar plans to provide the Covid-19 vaccine free of charge to all Qatar citizens and residents.



** Certain population groups should receive the vaccine first because they are at higher risk. The three priority population groups are: older people, people with certain chronic conditions and key healthcare workers.

Instructions

** This service will enable you to register with the MOPH your interest to take the Covid-19 vaccine, and if you are in one of the first priority groups, enable you to request an appointment to take the vaccine.

** Even if you are not in one of the listed priority groups, your interest to take the vaccine will be recorded and saved by the MOPH, and you will be contacted when you are eligible.

** In order to use this service, you will need to login using your National Authentication System (NAS) TAWTHEEQ username and password
** NAS account is not needed for the 12-18 years old child category
** Please call 109 for any technical issues with OTP

Step 2 : Read the instructions carefully before you are applying

Step 3 : Next, click on the “Register” button at the end of the page. Choose any one category from the following,
** To register for a vaccine appointment for your 12-18yr child (Don’t require NAS account)
** All others to register for a vaccine appointment (Requires NAS account)

Step 4 : After that, Enter your QID for verification.
Step 5 : After verification, fill the remaining details to complete your registration.

Everyone has their part to play in combatting the spread of COVID-19 and it is essential that people follow the recommendations issued by the Ministry of Public Health to reduce the risk of infection.

** Wash your hands regularly, and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
** Cover your mouth and nose with your sleeve or tissue when you cough or sneeze
** Stay at home and only leave the house if absolutely necessary

** Follow physical distancing guidelines – including keeping a 1.5 meter distance from other people
** Wear a mask when you leave the house
** Follow the Ministry of Public Health’s recommendations and guidelines
