This is why Byblos Bank has teamed up with several of Lebanon’s most respected institutions of higher education, with the support of the Central Bank, to offer a credit product designed specifically for students.

Purpose:
To help cover part of the cost of university tuition

Eligibility:
** Lebanese citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
** For students enrolled for first year: minimum grade of 12/20 on official baccalaureate or equivalent*
** For students enrolled in second year and above: minimum grade of 11/20 or GPA of 2.5 for Medical and Engineering, of 2.8 for others, or equivalent*
** Guarantor with minimum monthly income of USD 800, age not to exceed 64 years at end of grace period
** If guarantor is retired or does not meet these requirements, then mortgage on acceptable assets must be provided, with value at least three times expected loan amount at end of major

How do I add a new card?
Just scan your Byblos Bank Visa Credit Card or enter the full card number and expiry date manually. Follow the steps and your card will be uploaded in seconds.

Can I delete a card from the App?
Yes, you can delete a card at any time. This will not affect the status of your physical card, and you can always add the same card again as long as it remains active.

What do I do when my physical card is renewed or replaced?
If your card is renewed – i.e. the new card has the same card number as your old one – you don’t need to do anything. If your card is replaced – i.e. the card number has changed – you will need to delete your old card from the App and add the new one.

Why can’t I install the App on my mobile?
ByblosPay is available only on NFC-equipped Android devices with operating system version 4.4 (KitKat) or higher.

Why can’t I add my card to the App?
ByblosPay is available only for Visa Credit Cards (not Debit) issued by Byblos Bank.
What do I do if my App isn’t working?
