Required Documents :

** Clearance form.
** End of service form.
** Certified copy of family booklet.
** Two copies of the Higher Medical Committee report, in case services were terminated due to illness.
** Death Certificate, inventory of inheritance, and family information form, in case of death.
** The average time needed for the completion of this service 3-10 regular workdays.

Requested Fees :As per the Stamps Fees Law.
Place of service provision At the center : Civil and Military Retirement Committees.

Work Procedures :
** Ensuring that all required documents are complete.
** Regulating the decision and having it signed by the retirement committee and relevant authorities.
** Informing the applicant of the decision during his/her appointment.
** Sending the application to the Retirement Directorate for payment.

Paying the first installment of salaries to the heirs of employees who pass away on duty

Required Documents :
Retirement file after the announcement of the Retirement Committee’s decision .

Average time needed to complete this service :3-10 regular workdays.
Place of service provision At the center : The Retirement and Compensations Directorate, the Retirement Division.

Work Procedures :
** Preparing the allocation order and having it signed.
** Regulating the disbursement voucher and a check with the required amount.
** Handing or mailing documents to the applicant.

Paying the dues of the Savings Fund Beneficiaries :

** Decision of Savings Committee
** Copy of Identification Card
** Clearance form from Advance/Public Money
** The average time needed for the completion of this service :45 minutes
