Issue Permits For Daily Diving

This service is provided for providing diving permits for tourists interested in diving outside the nature conservatives. The permits are in a form of coupons (25 coupons) each is used once.

Who can request this service:
Tourists, Some Omani nationals, and residents who like to dive for once.

Steps to follow to request the service:
First:
Submitting an Application: the applicant shall appear in person to MECA or to the Environment and Climatic Affairs Administrations in the regions.

Second:
Actions Stage:
The applicant will be provided with a letter to the Financial Affairs to pay the fees and receive the coupons.

Special conditions if any applicable:
The diving companies and clubs must have a valid permit from MECA to practice diving outside the nature conservatives.

How the service is processed:
Permit to be delivered immediately after paying the fees.

Is it possible to change the day of the visit when bad weather on the day of the visit in the coupon?
Yes.

Yes, just in case of bad weather.

Can also be issuing permits in each of the Directorate-General for Environment and Climate Affairs in Dhofar, and management of the environment and climate affairs in Musandam Governorate.
