Issuance of Duplicate Vocational License :

Required Documents :
** Proof of identification.
** Previous Vocational license.

Procedures :
** Filing of application at Citizens’ Referral Office (CRO).
** Review and verification of application by Chief of Vocations Branch.
** Collection of due fees.
** Issuance of license signed by authorized officials and Regional Director.
** Applicant receives the license.

Issuance of Vocational Licenses in refugee camps under the Palestinian Affairs Dept :
Required Documents
** Occupancy Permit issued by the Palestinian Affairs Dept. of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Procedures :
** Application is filed at CRO in the Municipality’s headquarter.
** Application is referred to head of Licensing section in the V&AL Dept.
** Once reviewed, application is referred to Director of V&AL.
** Decision is rendered by the Director and, in case of approval, application is referred to the regional office.

** Construction Permit, Building License, or Appraisal Certificate (for old buildings).

Procedures :
** Filing of application at Citizens’ Referral Office (CRO).
** Site inspection of building.
** Application review by chiefs of Vocations and Engineering branches.
** Health field inspection.
** Collection of due fees.
** Issuance of license.
** Signing of license by the chiefs of Vocations and Health branches and the Regional Director.
** Applicant receives the license.
