A. Process Steps:
1. The applicant submits an application to the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Commercial Registrar) and attaches the required documents:
** A copy of the title deed if the estate is his property.
** A copy of the lease contract if the estate is leased.
** A copy of the Commercial Register.
2. The concerned Ministry refers the application and encloses the necessary documents.
3. A visit will be implemented together with the applicant.
4. A tentative approval will be issued until the required conditions are met and the site is found suitable for storing.
5. After completing the required conditions, the applicant should call the Prevention Directorate / Section in order to survey the location and ensure of completion of fire prevention conditions.
6. The licence will be issued accordingly.
B. List all forms/applications that need to be completed to apply for the service:
** An Application Form for licensing the sale and storing of liquefied gas cylinders is to be filled in by the applicant and approved by the municipality of the governorate / region / wilayat before the DG of Civil Defence approval.
** The applicant should present a commitment to move the store away in case the area becomes crowded with populated buildings.

Obtain Musical and Entertainment events Permit :
The Directorate General of Operations is responsible of issuing security permit for Musical and Entertainment events.
Required Documents :
** Approval of the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture
** Approval of the Directorate General of Tourism of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
** Authorization of the responsible officials where the party is to be held (Hotel, Club, Theatre etc)
** List of names and nationalities of the foreign musical and musical groups including numbers and date of issue of their passports consistent with the details mentioned in the travel documents (in Arabic for Arabs and in English for foreigners)
