Who can request this service:
The nationals that are eligible as per the Social Housing provisions and regulations

Steps to follow to request the service:
A. Process Steps:
** Receive the application with the required documents if the conditions are met
** wait in priority queue
** Review the case when queue is reached .
** Present to the concerned panel/committee to take decision on acceptance or refusal
** Execute the project on acceptance

B. List all forms/applications that need to be completed to apply for the service:
The required conditions and documents are included therein

What documents are needed to process:
The first phase – Review time :
** Copy of the ownership deed of the land where the house will be built on or already built with recent survey sketch
** Copy of the passport and ID for the applicant , wife and sponsor ( if available )
** Copy of birth certificate or age estimate evidence originally attested from the employer for the Governmental employees
** Copy of the marriage contract of the applicant and the birth certificates of the sons and daughters
** Income estimate certificate from the Sheikh attested by the Wali for the free occupations and salary certification from the applicant’s employer for the public and private sector’s employees
** Legal statement that the sponsor will be committed to pay the installments in case the borrower fails to pay , with a salary certificate from the employer and a copy of the ID card.

The second phase upon approval of the preliminary approval for the loan:
** The housing plans to be financed certified by the concerned parties.
** Three contractors quotations / proposals for construction , extension or completion
** Valid Building permission for the house to be constructed , completed or extended
** Approval letter from a certified engineering consultant stating their approval on technical supervision of construction
** Completion certificate of the house to be purchased
** Preliminary sale contract ( in case of purchasing )

Special conditions if any applicable:
As per the regulations and laws enforced by the Social Housing Department .

How the service is processed:
The applicant will be given a receipt containing the date and number of application .

How long will it take:
In queue line , consistent with the available financial allocations
