Adoption of construction maps to ensure the applicability of the planning requirements specified by the survey drawing in the general site ( setbacks – parking, etc.).

Steps to follow to request the service:
A. Process Steps:
Muscat building plans will be submitted for approval via mail or the ministry , the application shall be attached with a copy of the survey drawing , ownership deed , ID card of the applicant in addition to 3 copies of the site plan of the subject project . The application will be reviewed by the concerned department and upon approval , it will forwarded to the General Manager for approval and thereafter it will be returned to the postal office for delivery to the applicant .

B. List all forms/applications that need to be completed to apply for the service:
** Application form or a letter from the concerned person
** The postal form

What documents are needed to process:
** Attested Copy of the original deed of the ownership
** Copy of the new survey plot plan
** Copy of the valid civil status ID and passport
** 3 copies of the site plan of the project for approval
