Print a Pension Settlement Statement:
This service displays a printed report on the service terms, added terms, discounted terms and amended terms to enable you, through such information, to know how to reach the monthly pension and the calculated service term.

Print the definition retirement pension:
By this service you can print a formal letter of pension definition attested by the PPA to submit to it Whom It May Concern.

Transaction Follow – Up:
This service provides you with a list containing all transactions connected to your civil registry number so you can be provided with the status of every transaction and the date, number and type thereof in addition to all updates, if any, applied to the transaction.

Pension Value:
By this service you can know the actual value of monthly retirement pension.

Subscription in Mail Lists:
By this service you can communicate with the PPA by receiving the news issued by it and sent to your email.

statement of Service Terms:
This service provides you with a statement of your service terms including the entity you worked for, service commencement date, service termination date and the calculated term for the purpose of retirement.

Previewing Discount Information:
This service provides a detailed list of all discounts affecting the value of monthly pension, reasons thereof, date of discount end and the value of original discount.

Update my Information:
This service allows you to electronically update your personal information registered with the PPA (e.g. residence, mobile number and email) without the need for reference to the PPA headquarters to update the same.

Object to Service Statement:
This service enables you to electronically submit an objection to your service statement in addition to ability to upload documents supporting your objection. Moreover, this service displays the status of the last objection claim submitted.

Object to Discount from Retirement Pension:
This service enables you to submit an objection to the discounted value of your retirement pension. Additionally, this service displays the status of the last objection claim submitted.

Military Retirement :

Through this service you can know the provisional retirement periods you spent during military service without paying the subscription. You will be provided by a list containing the provisional retirement period (from / to) and the value required for each period.

Extra Value of Subscription:
This service enables a military retiree to know the term of extra service term considered in calculation of the retirement pension and the value of subscription paid for such period.

Statement of Annual Account:
This service provides you with a statement of the retirement pension for one year. Such statement contains the value of pension, discounts and accumulations if any.

Adding a Beneficiary:
Through this service you can input all information and data of your family members to register the same accurately on the PPA databases to facilitate communication with them easily when required.

Account Statement:
This service provides you with a detailed account statement of the swift transfers, transfer value and the date thereof.

Cash Status:
This service displays the amount to be deposited in your account, Account NO and the deposit date.

Name Modification:
You can modify your name in PPA database using this service, and uploading the required documents that proofing this modification such as (A copy of your ID). A message will be displayed as soon as the service accomplished.
