Manage License Contact :
In order to facilitate and accelerate reaching the license owner, users and licenses owners should frequently update their contact information and details.

To update license contact:
** On Business Dashboard page, under My Transactions, click Manage License Contact.
** In the License Information section, type the license number, and then click Show contact information.
** The contact information that have been previously added by the user appears. To update to edit information, click Change license contact information.
** In the Change contact details section, edit the field you want to update.
** Click Save contact details.
** To cancel contact information update
** Click Cancel.
A message appears informing you that your license contact information has been successfully updated with your new details.
Pay Inspection Fines:
Through DED Web site, users can inquire about and pay fines imposed on their licenses online. After knowing the fines value, users are directed automatically to the Payment gateway to pay the fines value.
To view fines imposed on licenses:
** On Business Dashboard page, under My Transactions, click Pay Inspection Fines.
** In the View Fines section, type the license number in the text box, and then click View.
** The Inspection report is generated displaying the fines imposed on the license.
Print License:
Directly from DED Web site, users can print the License Certificate.
To print the License Certificate:
** On Business Dashboard page, under My Transactions, click Print License.
** In the Licenses section, in the License Nr. text box, type your license number.
** Click View/Print.
