Onine Payment of Taxes :

1. Introduction :
The GRA Portal permits registered Portal users to pay their taxes on line through the Ghana e-Payment Portal (GEPP).

Payments may be made using one of the following payment methods :
** eTranzact
** Visa
** Master Card
** Bank Transfer
** Cash
** Cheque

To make a payment you must already have registered for a :
** Tax Identification Number (TIN)
** Portal User Account

2. Login :
Login to GRA Portal :
** Enter your TIN
** Enter your password
** Click Login

3. Make a Payment :
3.1 Select “Make a Payment”
** Select “Profile” tab
** Click on “Make a Payment”

3.2 Select transaction to pay :
** Select the Tax Type
** Select the Period
** Select the check box of liability to pay for
** Click on “Pay” button

3.3 Payment confirmation window will pop-up. Click “Confirm” button

3.4 You will be taken Ghana E-Payment Portal page :
** Verify tax details
** Click “Proceed to Checkout” to continue

3.5 Ghana E-Payment Portal – Billing Information :
There is no need to change anything – Click “Continue” to continue

3.6 Ghana E-Payment Portal – Shipping Method :
There is no need to change anything – Click “Continue” to continue

3.7 Ghana E-Payment Portal – Payment Information :
Select the mode of payment you intend to use and provide required details. Click “Continue” to continue

3.8 Ghana E-Payment Portal – Order Review :
Review the Terms of Use and tick box labelled ” Please confirm the E-Payment Terms of Use” if you agree with them. Click “Place Order”

3.8 Ghana E-Payment Portal Confirmation :
Please record Order Number for reference purposes. Click “Continue Shipping”

3.9 You will be re-directed to Ghana E-Payment Portal Homepage
