GRA TIN Registration

TIN Registration online is a 2 Stage Process

Sponsored Links:

In Stage 1 the Portal establishes you identity and verifies it against one of 3 online databases :
** Voters Register (EC)
** Drivers License (DVLA)

Related / Similar Service : GRA Verify TIN

** National Identity (NIA)

If you are successful the system creates temporary credentials for you (a user name based on your email address and a password of your choice)

In Stage 2 you login to the Portal, using the temporary credentials created for you during Stage 1, fill out an online TIN Form and submit it to GRA.

Registration Stages

  1. I don’t have any ID cards but I have a traveling passport.

  2. Why can’t the form be downloaded from here so, we can fill and submit at the nearest GRA office?

  3. I have done the online registration over a month ago, 14/6/2018 but I have still not received my TIN number. What more was there to be done that I didn’t do? Is the online registration effective (or) I only have to do that at the office manually for the said fee of Gh20?

  4. Please tell, why did I receive the below message when I have used the card to vote already.

“Your ID Card Number has not been validated, please check that you have entered it correctly or use an alternative means of identification”

Mean while in Ghana here, there is no expire date on our voter ID Card. Kindly do something about it.

  5. I TRIED REGISTERING ONLINE AND AFTER THE CONTACT DETAILS OF THE STAGE 2 PROCESS I GET THIS WEIRD MESSAGE WHICH READS AS FOLLOWS

‘Internal Server Error (Caught exception while handling request: javax.ejb.EJBException: java.lang.NullPointerException; nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException; nested exception is: oracle.oc4j.rmi.OracleRemoteException: java.lang.NullPointerException; nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException)’

EARLIER ON IN THE DAY WHEN I TRIED THE ONLINE PROCESS IT GAVE ME A MESSAGE AT THE STAGE 2 THAT READ ‘WRONG ADDRESS ELEMENT’.

  6. Please tell me, Why did I receive the below message when I have used the card to vote already?

“Your ID Card Number has not been validated, Please check that you have entered it correctly or use an alternative means of identification”.
