The following are the application forms for Company, User and Group set up. The User set up form can also be used to request a new token. Once completed submit the forms to your NBC branch so as to finalize the application. In case of any issues, call the NBC Contact centre or speak to a representative at your nearest branch.

** Corporate Application Form – Fill only one for company details.
** User Setup Form – Fill one in for each staff member you would like to get access to your accounts through NBC Corporate Internet Banking. This can also be used to request a replacement e-Token.
** Group Set up Form – Fill only if you have a Group of companies and would like staff to access the accounts of more than one company through the Corporate Internet banking service. You will need to already have Corporate Internet banking access enabled for each of the company’s.

After successful application for Corporate Internet banking

After your application is successful you will receive an envelope from NBC containing an eToken and an instruction letter on what to do next. You will have to complete our online Enrollment process in order to obtain your Digital ID which allows you to access the NBC Corporate Internet Banking website.

Our Enrollment process involves completing three simple steps.
** Download Software – Install software needed to make eToken functional on your computer
** Enroll – Online application for a Digital ID
** Pick-up ID – Online generation of Digital ID once application is approved

After successful application for a new Corporate Internet banking e-Token

After your application is successful, a branch representative will give you the requested e-Token.

After successful application for Corporate Internet banking Group set up

After your application is successful, specified users will have the specified access to Group accounts.
