Contact Higher Education Online Portal

The Ministry of Higher Education, Technology & Innovations welcomes all Overseas Sri Lankan students who reside or travel overseas for studies to register voluntarily on “Contact Higher Education Sri Lanka”.

Purpose

Registering online in the web portal will allow the Ministry to reach out and provide assistance during emergencies such as the COVID19 outbreak. This Portal will connect Overseas Sri Lankan students with Higher Education Ministry in Sri Lanka and the network of Sri Lanka Missions abroad.

In the long term, the Portal is expected to serve as an official source of information and will facilitate Overseas Sri Lankan students to obtain services offered by the Government.

The data provided through this portal is protected to ensure privacy of the Overseas Sri Lankan students and will not be shared without the consent of the users.
