LTO Motor Vehicle Registration

** Original Sales Invoice of MV
** Certificate of Stock Reported (CSR)
** Certificate of Quality Control
** Valid PNP-TMG MV Clearance Certificate
** Duly accomplished and approved Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR)
** Appropriate insurance certificate of cover
** Valid Certificate of Public Convenience duly confirmed by the LTFRB, in case of for hire MV’s

Procedure :
1. Proceed to the transaction counters and submit all the required documents to the Evaluator for evaluation and computation of fees.

3. Proceed to the Cashier when your name is called for the necessary fees and obtain an Official Receipt (OR).

Additional Simplified Procedure

Here are the steps on how to do LTO Motor Vehicle Registration in the Philippines:
1. Go to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) website: https://lto.gov.ph/.
2. Click on the “Motor Vehicle Registration” tab.
3. Click on the “Online Renewal” link.
4. Log in to your account using your username and password. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by clicking on the “Create an Account” link.
5. Select your vehicle from the list of vehicles that you own.
6. Enter the mileage of your vehicle.
7. Pay the registration fee. You can pay the registration fee online with a credit or debit card.
8. Click on the “Submit” button.

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is successful.

Here are the requirements for LTO Motor Vehicle Registration:
** Original OR/CR
** Valid LTO sticker
** Valid insurance
** Proof of payment of registration fee
** Certificate of Roadworthiness (CR) from a Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Center (PMVIC)

You can also renew your LTO Motor Vehicle Registration at any LTO office. The requirements are the same as for online renewal, but you will need to pay the registration fee in cash or cheque.

Here are some important things to note when renewing your LTO Motor Vehicle Registration:
** Your vehicle registration must be renewed before the expiry date.
** You can renew your vehicle registration up to 6 months before the expiry date.
** You will not be able to renew your vehicle registration if your vehicle is not roadworthy.
** You will not be able to renew your vehicle registration if your insurance is not valid.

  4. Last may 2014 I bought in cash a ktm motorcycle. Until now I still don’t have no or cr for said motorcycle. How come?
