Getting Started :
A new applicant simply clicks the sign up button shown at the bottom right corner and a list of vacancies, if available, are displayed , if there are no vacancies, the system will display a message that there are “No New Vacancies

Registered applicants (those who have previously submitted a resume) simply enter the registered number provided via an email which acknowledged the last application in the opening screen and press tab or click in the vacancy box to select the vacant position applicable and then click sign in Button

Completing the application form :

Please take note of the following when completing the Form :
** Any item that is denoted with a star (*) is mandatory and must be filled/completed.
** Use the icon to enter date entries (do not enter dates manually, if dates are entered manually then application will be rejected or if Validation of dates takes place it eliminate inconsistencies e.g. marriage date coming before date of birth)

How to enter personal information :
** Select “Title” from scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Salutation choices here comprise : (Dr, Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, Dr, Prof)
** Enter “Surname”, “First name” and “Other names”, if any
** Enter a valid “Email Address”
** Select “Gender” (i.e. “Male” or ” “) from scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Select Date of Birth by clicking this icon
** Select Marital Status from Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Select Married Date by Clicking this icon
** Select Vacancy from Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down

How to enter contact information :
** Click on Addresses Tab and proceed to enter contact information
** Click Copy Above Address icon if Present Address is the same as Permanent

How to complete details on job applicants Language and skills proficiency levels :
** Select the languages you are proficient in, Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Please note that for your applications to be considered, you must enter all your Skills correctly. Please follow the instructions below carefully.
** Select Skill Category that you have from Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Select Skills that you have that fall from that category from Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Click Save Skill Button, and you will be able to see the skills you have entered from the down box (see below screen)
** Please repeat step (I) up to step (III) until all your Skills are saved in the list that appear just below the save Skill button.

Note :
** if you do not click ADD Skill button, your application will fail to submit or it will go without skills
** You may click on other skill not in list icon if the skills you have are not reflected in the list. A box will be displayed for you to enter information pertaining to the skills not on the list and any other skills remarks
** When you click button, a list of skills will appear in the down box
** If you want to Edit the skill you have entered Click Edit Icon from the down box of the skill list, and the skill Category/ course will appear in the skills Information area then you will be able to Edit other skills then click Edit Skill
** If you want to Delete the skill you have click the Delete icon from down box of skill list and that particular skill will be removed from the down box.

How to enter information on your qualifications :
** Please note that for your applications to be considered, you must enter all your qualifications correctly. Please follow the instructions below carefully.
** Select Qualification/Award Group that you have from Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down. If your qualification is not in the list then please go to link Other Qualification /Short courses for Entering Short Courses or Qualifications which are not in the list.
** Select Qualification/Award that you have from Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down.
** Select Result Code/Pass of that Qualification that you have from Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Select Institution you have attended for that Qualification from Scroll down list by clicking an arrow pointing down. If your institute is not in the list, then please type the correct name of your institute in the remarks box provided below the institution.
** Select Start date and completed/Award date of that qualification by Clicking this icon
** Enter GPA Points if that Qualification has GPA, But if in that qualification GPA is not Applicable you must remember to click in this box icon before adding that Qualification.
** Enter Remarks if any
** Click Save Qualification Button, then qualification list will appear in the list box
** Please repeat step (I) up to step (VIII) until all your qualifications are saved in the list that appear just below the save Qualification button.

How to enter information on your qualifications :
** Please note that for your applications to be considered, you must enter all your Work Experience correctly. Please follow the instructions below carefully.
** Enter Employer name
** Enter Company Name
** Enter Office Number if any
** Select Join date and Termination date/leaving date if any by Clicking this icon
** Enter Designation/Job Position in that Organization
** Enter Responsibility you have in that position in a summarized way
** Enter Leaving Reason if any
** Then Click Save Job History Button, and list of Job History/Experience will appear in the down box
** Please repeat step (I) up to step (VIII) until all your Work Experience are saved in the list that appear just below the save Job History button.

How to enter information on Reference :
** Please note that for your applications to be considered, you must enter all your References correctly. Please follow the instructions below carefully.
** Enter Reference Name
** Enter Reference Position
** Enter Reference Address
** Select a country of Referee by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Select Town/District of Reference if any by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Enter Mobile number of Reference
** Select Reference type if any by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Select Gender of a Reference by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Select State / Province of a Reference by clicking an arrow pointing down
** Enter Telephone number of a Reference
** Enter E-mail Address of a Reference.
** Then Click Save Reference Button, and list of Reference will appear in the down box
** Please repeat step (I) up to step (XII) until all your References are saved in the list that appear just below the save Reference button.

Preview Application :
After completing filling all the information you can preview your application and be able to print that information in a hard copy before submitting the Application by Clicking Preview Application Button

Save and Submit Application :
** In order to Save and Submit Application, declaration has to be accepted for this ” I Accept this declaration” is to be ticked.
** After that Click Save and Submit Application Button to Save and Submit the Application.
** And you will be able to get a message that your application is successfully and given a Reference number that you will be able to use it when you want to make application for that organization again or you want to Edit the application submitted earlier before vacancy deadline.

Note : You will get message in your E-mail address

  1. what is that something bad happened appeared until i should contact ARUTI?

  2. There is no option of canceling the Applications applied.

  3. If you applied more than one post and you want to delete the other post and leave one post which procedure will a person follow? before deadline reaches?
