View Utility Paid Bill Through Hukoomi

You can view your paid bill(s) through Hukoomi, and you can also print/reprint their receipts.

Application Process :
Follow these steps to view your paid bill(s) through Hukoomi :
** Enter your QID/Establishment ID (EID) number.
** Enter your electricity number.
** Click “View My Paid Bill(s)”.
** Select the required bill(s) and click “Show Receipt”.
** Click “Print”.

View Utility Paid Bill Through KAHRAMAA

You can also view your billing History and pay your pending bills online, through this service that KAHRAMAA provides to its customers.

Application Process :
Follow these steps to check your application status :
** log in to your account
** Register to create a new account If you didn’t register before.
** Follow the “view/pay bills” link
** Refer to the list of Invoices If you have more than one Electricity Number.
** Enter your Qatari ID number and electricity number

** Overloads without KAHRAMAA approval

What are the main causes of water interruptions in my premises?
It could be a result of :
** Unavailability of water tank meets residents need
** Unavailability of ground and roof tanks
** Maintenance of water distribution and transmission network

What are the documents required for electricity & water Building Permit?
Documents required are :
** Complete the Relevant Forms
** Copy of Owner QID
** Copy Of Kahramaa Approved Drawings​
** Undertaking letter from the consultant & owner​

How can I close the account and issuance of the clearance certificate?
** The customer should forward the original deposit receipt to the Main customer service office.
** The supply of electricity and water is to be disconnected
** By main office and final readings of meters are to be taken to make the account closing report.

** The customer should pay the final dues as per the last readings. The dues may be deducted from the value at the request of the customer, otherwise he/she will pay the dues then reimbursement of the deposit value can be arranged.

Accordingly a clearance certificate will be issued for his closed account.

Additional Generic Procedure

You can view your paid utility bills through Hukoomi online. Here are the steps on how to do it:
1) Go to the Hukoomi website: https://hukoomi.gov.qa/en/service/view-kahramaa-paid-bills.
2) Click on the “View Paid Bills” button.
3) Enter your customer number or account number.
4) Enter your date of birth.
5) Click on the “Submit” button.

You will then be able to view a list of your paid utility bills. You can also download a copy of each bill.

Here are some additional information about viewing your paid utility bills through Hukoomi:
You can view bills for the following utilities:
** Kahramaa (water and electricity)
** Qatargas (natural gas)
** Ooredoo (telephone and internet)
** Vodafone (telephone and internet)
** You can view bills for up to 12 months.
** You can only view bills that have been paid in full.
