Contractor Pre qualification :

Contractors who want to prequalify with Ministry of Works may use this eService to submit and follow up the prequalification application. Contractors who are already prequalified may use this eService to manage their prequalification.

Public may use this eService to list the contractors prequalified with the ministry

Procedure :
** Click on the link given below
** If you wish to register, please click on “Submit New Prequalification Application” link
** Please review the instructions provided and click on “Next” button
** Enter “Application Details” then click “Submit” button
** Follow the instructions and enter remaining details and click “Submit” button
** If you wish to view the status of your request, please click “Manage Prequalification” link
** If you wish to view a listing of all contractors, please click on “List Prequalified Contractors” link

List Prequalified Contractors :
Use this option to list the various contractors currently prequalified with Ministry of Works. This option also shows the category, and grade of the contractors.

Instructions :
** Please select the category or sub-category for which the list of prequalified contractors is required
** Selecting a category will give list of contractors prequalified in all its sub-categories
** Count column shows the number of contractors prequalified in that group

Submit New Prequalification Application :
Use this option to submit a new prequalification application. Please do not submit multiple times for single application. All requests are monitored and any misuse will be acted upon.

Instructions :
** International contractors should enter the Commercial Registration (CR) of their sponsor in Bahrain
** Enter the Commercial Registration (CR) number with branch number, e.g. 12345-1
** Enter local Bahrain phone/fax number without the country code, but international phone/fax number should be entered with the country and area code

Manage Prequalification :
Use this option to manage your prequalification with Ministry of Works. You can check status of previously submitted prequalification application, apply for upgrade/re-assessment, check status of your upgrade/re-assessment application, and also update your details.

Instructions :
Please enter your Contractor ID and password to manage your prequalification
Click on Forgot Password in case you forgot the password

Note :
** Contractors who are already prequalified with Ministry of Works and dont have the Contractors ID and password should follow the below mentioned procedure.
** Prepare a request for the Contractor ID and password on your company letter head.
** Mention your full company name and email address in the request letter.
** The request letter should be signed by an authorized official of the company. Affix the company seal on the letter.
** Submit the request letter at Ministry of Works, Cost Engineering Directorate. Visit Ministry of Works web site Contact Us page to know the contact information and office location.
** The Contractor ID and password will be sent to you by email.
