NSW Replace Your Photo Card
You can order the following products online if you are a NSW Licence or NSW Photo Card holder :

All you need is :
** NSW Driver Licence / NSW Photo Card
** Roads and Maritime Services Online Account
** Valid Credit card
Please note the following conditions :
** If you have changed your address within the last 14 days, you will be unable to order a replacement product online and you will need to attend your nearest registry or service centre.
** Ordering a replacement is NOT renewing or extending the expiry date of the product.
** The Replacement Product will be sent to the current mailing address we have on file for you
** You are only able to order one licence or photo card replacement product per year (365 days)
** Only active Driver Licence or Photo Cards can be ordered
** The replacement product may take up to 10 days to get to you, if you do not receive it at all please call our Contact Centre on 13 22 13.
As part of ongoing improvements to online services, online accounts have been introduced to provide additional security to customers’ personal information. Customers wanting to access certain services require an online account and password. How to set up an online account.
Please note that NSW Photo Card holders are only able to set up an online account through the Replacement Products application for the purpose of ordering a Photo Card replacement product.
Step by Step Procedure
Login with the following :
** Your NSW Driver licence or NSW Photo card number
** Your password when you signed up for Online Services.
To ensure the security of your personal information, the following can only be done whilst logged in to your online account :
** Maintain the details of your account through ‘My account’
** Check demerit points and request driving record
** Replace NSW Driver licence or NSW photo card
** Transfer registration, e.g. to a new vehicle
Terms & Conditions
Payment : All amounts are stated in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. You agree that if you do not pay any amount that Roads and Maritime Services requires you to pay to transfer a registration (including where your financial institution declines or reverses payment or has not made the payment because you have not complied with its terms and conditions), Service NSW may not process your transfer of registration.
Preconditions – funds clear : You acknowledge and agree that Roads and Maritime Services and Service NSW will not transfer the registration until the required fee is deposited in full into Roads and Maritime Services’ nominated bank account in clear funds. You warrant that you are entitled to use any credit card for which you have provided details.
