eAIP Acquisition Form

The Eastern Caribbean (E/CAR) IAIP is available primarily for download on the TTCAA website.

Those who wish to receive the eAIP must note the following :
** The E/CAR eAIP is available free of charge to all State Civil Aviation bodies with whom Piarco AIS has a free exchange arrangement.
** At present, the E/CAR eAIP is updated three times per year. Effective dates are notified via AIC.
** The current eAIP contains AIP Supplements and AICs up to the date indicated in the list found in the eAIP as well as web-links
** to current AIP Sups, AICs and NOTAM on the TTCAA website.
** As part of this subscription, electronic copies of all AIP Supplements, AICs and monthly NOTAM Summaries will be emailed to subscribers.
** Due to the fact that the eAIP is updated three times a year, one time purchases are not recommended,however, a onetime purchase is available

Updates

** Amendments to the ECAR AIP contain the complete latest Amendment and an indication of new AIP Supplements or AICs which were added since the last eAIP issue.

** Apart from links to relevant documents on the TTCAA website, the eAIP contains AIP Supplements and AICs up to the date indicated on the ‘List of valid AIP Supplements’ and ‘List of valid AICs’ pages.

** AIP Supplements and AICs issued during the period between eAIP issues will be transmitted to subscribers via email, as well as NOTAM Summaries.
** They will also be included in the next eAIP issue according to their validity.

Data Originators are urged to work in harmony with the specified dates so that amendments, in particular AIRAC amendments, can reach users at least 28 days in advance of the effective date.

In compilation of the updated eAIP, care will be taken to ensure that the information contained within it is accurate and complete. Any errors and omissions which may nevertheless be detected, as well as any correspondence concerning the Amendment Service should be referred to:-
