How to Login

In order to log in to Federal Competitiveness and Statistical Authority’ eServices site, you need to register for a username.

You may register as one of the following user types :
** Government Entity (for Government Entities , uploading a copy of the formal letter is required during the registration process.)
** Non-Government Entity (for Non-Government Entities , uploading a copy of the company’s trade license is required during the registration process.)
** Individual User (for individuals applying for their own personal services only. Uploading a passport copy is required during the registration process.)

Registration Steps

** Register to be a Federal Competitiveness and Statistical Authority’s user.

** The aim of the registration process is to have a username, password and basic personal information; this is the initial step before being able to use any of the eServices.

** The system will show all the services but availability of the service depends on the user’s type.
** The user has to contact Federal Competitiveness and Statistical Authority via email to activate the username.

How to Use Service

Requesting a service( Watch help video.) :
Click on the Request Service tab. In this section you can request the desired service. You have to select the service from “select service” dropdown list, fill in the below details , attach documents if any , click the “Submit Request” button, your request will be processed soon.

Enquiring the status of requested service :
Click on the Services Status Enquiry tab. In this section you can view the status of your requested services. If status is completed then a link to a requested data will be visible.

Obtaining Requested Data :
Click on the Services Status Enquiry tab. If the status of the requested service is completed then a link to a requested data will be visible.
