In a move intended to give merchants more flexible options for receiving payments from their customers, Alinma Bank recently launched its E-Payment Gateway service, which provides a convenient, streamlined e-commerce payment solution that accepts both domestic and international credit and debit card payments.
Alinma’s E-Payment Gateway is a secure, advanced payment platform that gives both merchants and customers peace of mind when buying and selling online.
Speaking about the new service, Alinma Bank Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Fares touted the bank’s ongoing commitment to utilizing the latest in banking technology and best practices.
“From its inception, Alinma has leveraged powerful, state-of-the-art technology in building out its product and service offerings,” said Al-Fares. “The E-Payment Gateway is just the latest example of the bank using technology to meet real market needs; and we are pleased to roll out a service that will help facilitate commerce both here in Saudi Arabia and internationally.”

The new service is feature-rich, allowing merchants to view sales and payment reports as well as daily reports on all transfers and deposits made on the merchant’s account.
The E-Payment Gateway service is available to any bank partner (customers) who has an Alinma current account, a functioning e-commerce website, and a valid commercial registration for their company.
Alinma Bank serves its partners (customers) through a broad range of e-banking options that include Alinma Internet, Alinma Phone (8001208000), Alinma Mobile (WAP), and Alinma’s smart device applications. The bank also has a network of 153 branches and 1436 ATMs across the kingdom.
Automated Alert Service via SMS

Automated Alert Service is a free service provided by Alinma Bank to its partners through sending them text massages (SMS) documenting all banking transactions executed on their accounts including deposits and withdrawals.

** Documentation of banking transactions executed on the account immediately and easily so that partner can refer to such transactions at any time .
** Informing the partner on permanent and immediate basis of all transactions conducted on his accounts.
** The partner feels that there is a permanent protection to his accounts from any fraud attempt as no transaction is executed on his accounts without his knowledge.
How to Subscribe
The service is provided automatically and free of charge and to all partners once they open an account with the bank. To stop this service, please, visit the nearest branch and fill out the Service Disconnection Form.
