This service enables the customer to obtain RPAS Registration Card and RPAS Registration letter for tourist in the Emirate of Dubai. This service is mandatory by all Company and individual who wish to conduct activities using RPAS.

Terms & Conditions
All RPAS/Drone activities in the Emirate of Dubai is mandatory to register for assessment and or evaluation as to possible airspace and or protocol restriction reference height, location and other.
Remote Pilot shall be responsible for avoiding collisions with people, objects and other aircraft and shall not harass or endanger people or threaten to damage property.
RPAS/Drone shall not be operated over congested areas, it shall not fly over public or private properties.Operators are responsible for all separations and or safety protocol when flying, operating your RPAS.

How can I register as supplier with Dubai Civil Aviation Authority?
The supplier has to register through the DCAA website dcaa.gov.ae by clicking on “Register Here”, then to enter your chosen Username and Password, and e-mail.
After receiving registration confirmation, enter the website and click on the icon “E-supplier Registration Services”, and click on “new supplier registration request”. Complete the registration process and submit fees payment.Once the process is completed you are registered.
How can I pay for the No Objection Certificate Fees?
Visit the DCAA website dcaa.gov.ae and obtain a user name and password, then apply for the desired service and make the payment online.
What type of cards do you accept?
Payment can be done in different electronic modes such as Credit Card, e-Dirham G2, Direct Debit and One Click Pay.
The different credit cards that can be used are (Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB)
Can I pay by cheque for an online service?
NO, only online payments are accepted.
Can I pay by cash for an online service?
