How To Apply For Community Tax Certificate in Quezon City?

Community Tax Certificate or Cedula is issued to a person or corporation upon payment of the Community tax. A community tax is paid in place of residence of the individual or in the place where the principal office of the juridical entity is located.

** The CTO personnel will search the Mayor’s Permit number through the system and print CTC based on presented documents

Applying for a Community Tax Certificate (CTC) in Quezon City is a straightforward process. Here’s a guide to help you out:

Requirements:
1. Accomplished Community Tax Declaration Form (CTDF). You can get this form from the City Treasurer’s Office or download it online from the Quezon City Government website.
2. Government-issued valid ID. This could be your SSS card, GSIS card, driver’s license, Comelec ID, or passport.
3. Proof of Income. If you’re employed, this could be your payslip or BIR Form 2316. If you’re self-employed, you can submit a notarized statement of your income.

Steps:
1. Proceed to the City Treasurer’s Office. The main office is located at Quezon Memorial Circle but there are also branch offices in different districts. You can find a list of branch offices on the Quezon City Government website.
