SLA MyProperty Service

MyProperty is an online service which allow property owners to view their title deeds and boundary plans for free. The online service includes all private property titles and HDB property titles which have been digitised.

MyProperty is an Online Service (“Service”) which enables you to view the information for the private properties and/or the HDB properties with digitised records registered in your name. You will also be able to download for free the title documents and the plans for your properties.

Important Notes

** This Service login uses the SingPass/CorpPass 2 factor authentication and will take about 1 minute to complete.

** Please read our Terms of Use as well as the Terms of Use of SLA’s website carefully. If you agree to the Terms of Use, then check the box “I have read and I accept the Terms of Use and wish to proceed to use this Service” and click the Proceed button.

Agreeing to the Terms of Use means that you are legally bound by all the provisions of the Terms of Use and must abide by them.

** Your SingPass/CorpPass will be used to retrieve the records of your properties. The records displayed are based on the NRIC/FIN number or UEN provided by your lawyer in the transaction documents presented for registration at SLA.

** Please click on the Logout button to end the session.
** MyProperty is currently only available for ‘Management Corporation’ for CorpPass login and will be made available to other entities such as Local Companies, Statutory Boards, etc progressively.

** To access MyProperty by CorpPass login, your account must be assigned with ‘Privileged’ role. Please check with your CorpPass Administrator if you are unable to login.

Terms of Use

I.1. By using this Service, you agree that :
1a. You shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Service or any connected systems or networks.

1b. You shall not reproduce, publish, display, copy, distribute, transmit, adapt or sell any part of the information and materials, or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of SLA without SLA’s prior written approval.

1c. You shall comply with and observe the security advisory on the use of the SingPass to access this Service.
1d. You shall comply with and observe the security advisory on the use of the CorpPass to access this Service.

1e. You shall not impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

1f. You shall indemnify and hold SLA harmless at your own expense from and against any loss, liability, fees, claims, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to any breach or violation of the Terms of Use by you.

2. SLA shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damage, loss or claim arising from or in relation to :
** any use of or access to this Service; or
** any use of or reliance on any information provided by this Service.

3. SLA may at its sole discretion and without any prior notice to you :
** modify or suspend all or any portion of this Service; or
** modify or add to these Terms of Use and your right to access this Service is conditional upon your compliance with the most current version of these Terms of Use.

4. This Service is provided to you on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied and SLA makes no representation that the information provided will be timely, uninterrupted or free from error.

5. The information is provided at SLA’s sole discretion for general information only.

II. SLA makes no claim or representation and accepts no responsibility for the quality, content, nature or reliability of websites accessible by hyperlink from this Service.

III. All intellectual property rights contained in the information, records and Service materials belong solely to SLA.

IV. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, void or for any reason, unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of the Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

V. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
