CSIS RCSC Assurance on Accuracy of CV
The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) would like to inform that the deadline for sending Assurance on Accuracy of CV has been extended to 31st January, 2015. Civil servants who are unable to log in to CSIS or for any queries, contact RCSC at (02) 332473 or email kzam [AT] rcsc.gov.bt

The status of assurance is given at the end of their CV. It has three possibilities and only the third one means that the CV is neither seen nor assured.
For example :
1. This CV is verified to be accurate as on dd/mm/yr by the individual civil servant.
2. This CV is viewed and found to be not accurate or upto date as on dd/mm/yr by the civil servant
3. This CV is not verified by the civil servant as on dd/mm/yr. The third statement has to be changed to either the first or second statement to receive the LTC.
How To Do Assurance On CV?
The assurance on CV is done by viewing individual CV using EID as username and Date of Birth as password. If the CV is correct, just click submit and if CV is incorrect, select ‘No’, Enter mobile number and then click submit button. Ensure that “submitted successfully” is displayed.
All individual civil servants listed below are hereby requested to view your CV in CSIS and respond either YES – if your CV is correct or NO – if your CV is incorrect.

Login Instructions :
Step 1 : Enter your valid EmployeeId Number.
Step 2 : Select year as in your date of birth.
Step 3 : Select month as in your date of birth.
Step 4 : Select date as in your date of birth.
Step 5 : On the page displayed ,click on the View CV found on left side of the page
Note :
If your CV is incorrect, please submit relevant documents to your HRO concerned, who will verify and make necessary correction or forward to RCSC, if necessary.

Additional Simplified Procedure
The CSIS RCSC Assurance is a certification that demonstrates that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to work in the field of risk and security consulting. To get the certification, you must pass the CSIS RCSC exam.
To add the CSIS RCSC Assurance to your CV, you can follow these steps:
1. Create a section in your CV for certifications.
2. List the CSIS RCSC Assurance certification in this section.
3. Include the exam date and your score.
4. You can also include a brief description of the certification, such as the following:
** The CSIS RCSC Assurance is a certification that demonstrates that I have the knowledge and skills necessary to work in the field of risk and security consulting.
** I passed the exam with a score of 90%.
** The certification is valid for three years.

I am unable to log in MAX online though my user name & password are correct. MAX is unable to identify my IWP agency(from CSIS). I would to request RCSC IT for necessary action.
Every thing is correct in curriculum vitae except in working agency (it should be phrumshingla national park,bumthang ura under moaf department of forest and park services but it is reflected as (territorial division office,Bumthang regional office.this one is incorrect please).
How can I correct?
It says your EID does not exist.
My appointment date is from 01/03/1994 to 30/6/2000 at Khomshar BHU,Zhemgang not at Thragom BHU,TRASHIYANGTSE.My date of birth as per the CID.Card is 01/01/1971 and not 07/07/1973.My transfer(appointment)from RIHS (01/03/15)to Zhemgang(Khomshar/Bardho Geog)30/06/2000. My second transfer was from Khomshar BHU,Bardho geog,Zhemgang(01/07/2000)to Thragom BHU,Trashiyangtse(21/4/2009). My last transfer was from Thragom BHU,Trashiyangtse(22/04/2009)to Ramjar BHU,Trashiyangtse till date 2015. Thank you.
I am not able to log in though my user id and password are correct.
My qualification is not updated and I have submitted all the required documents to the concern HRO for the second times. Hope it may get updated soon. Even there’s mistake in my work place.
I have submitted my documents for CV correction through concerned HRO, to the representative of RCSC during their visit to Sarpang Dzongkhag. While processing the Audit Clearance, it is found pending at RAA’s follow up section because of mismatch of my name. My name in service book is registered as Jangchub whereas it is registered as Mr. Jangchubla in Civil Registration. There is a mistake in my date of birth, instead of 04/12/1981 they have given 12/04/1981.

My qualification is not updated. I completed B.Ed(P) geography in 2007 through distance education and all relevant documents were submitted to HRC Dagana and second time through dungkhag HRC. Few corrections were done except qualification.
My current working Agency is Minjey BHU,Hospital Services,Lhuentse Dzongkhag since March 2012 from Autsho BHU.
My course title is livestock not agriculture
