WSHC bizSAFE Online Application
Safety is everyone’s business, but the leader of an enterprise is responsible for setting the direction on how safe practices should be implemented, practiced, documented and improved on a continuing basis.

bizSAFE is a five-step programme that assists companies to build up their WSH capabilities so that they can achieve quantum improvements in safety and health standards at the workplace.
bizSAFE Communities
There are four parties that make up the bizSAFE communities :
** bizSAFE Enterprises
** bizSAFE Partners
** bizSAFE Mentors
** bizSAFE Service Providers
How to Apply
bizSAFE for Enterprises : Enterprises who join bizSAFE and receive recognition for their efforts in better WSH Management.
bizSAFE for Partners : Large organisations that provide motivation for SMEs to join bizSAFE.
Validity & Renewal of bizSAFE

| bizSAFE 1 | Valid for 6 months from the date of approval.
In the event if there is a change of CEO/Top Management in the company, the new CEO/Top Management are encourage to attend the relevant bizSAFE level 1 workshop and endorsed the WSH/Safety Policy inclusive of SG Secure objectives. This condition will apply regardless of the bizSAFE Level (1 to Star) an enterprise is currently at. |
Applicants are required to progress to Level 2 and above in order to continue their bizSAFE recognition. |
| bizSAFE 2 | Valid of 6 months from the date of approval.
In the event there is a change to the RM Champion, a newly appointed RM champion shall attend the Course on Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan inclusive of RM capabilities in managing terror incidents. This condition will apply regardless which bizSAFE level (1 to Star) an enterprise is currently at. |
Applicants are required to progress to Level 3 and above in order to continue their bizSAFE recognition. |
Eligibility for Partners
To apply for bizSAFE using this online service, you need to fulfill the following criteria :
1. The organisation must engage or have engaged contractors or subcontractors to perform work;
2. The organisation shall not be on Ministry of Manpower’s Business Under Surveillance (BUS) programme;
3. The organisation must state in the procurement specification(s) that its vendors, contractors and subcontractors must be bizSAFE Level 1 or above. In addition, the appointed vendors, contractors and subcontractors must undertake to reach bizSAFE Level 3 within 24 months; and
4. The organization is either :
** SS506 certified; or
** OHSAS 18001 certified with a recent RM Implementation Audit Report conducted by an MOM-Approved WSH Auditor; or
** bizSAFE Level 3 or higher; or
** SgMA / SMC / JCI certified; or
** Effectively implemented Risk Management System, supported with a recent RM Implementation Audit Report conducted by an MOM-Approved WSH Auditor.
Important :
** The WSH Council may refuse bizSAFE recognition for organisation currently under any form of investigation by authorities,
** All bizSAFE Partner applications are subjected to the WSH Council’s approval. The WSH Council reserves the right to request applicant to perform an RM Audit for verification purposes.
