E-Manifest Registration :

Instructions For Obtaining Access To Asycuda World For Direct Manifest Submission For Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarders :

** Download the Draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) from the Sri Lanka Customs website customs.gov.lk published under the “Downloads -> E Manifest Registration” and obtain necessary approvals within your company.

** Pass a Board Resolution appointing one Director – or required number of Directors as per Articles of Association of the company – to sign the MoU with Sri Lanka Customs (for Limited Liability Companies and Public Companies only).

** Download the “Application for signing MoU/Authentication of the Signatory” (Form M1), and “Application to Obtain Access to Sri Lanka Customs ASYCUDA System” (Form M2), e-Manifest user policy (Form M3), Password Application for VPN (Form M4), VPN user policy (Form M5), and instructions from the Sri Lanka Customs website at customs.gov.lk published under the “Downloads -> E Manifest Registration” and fill the same without errors & sign the same.

** Read and sign the “eManifest user policy of the Sri Lanka Customs” (Form M3) and “DTI (VPN) User Policy of the Sri Lanka Customs” (Form M4)

** Submit the copies of the above documents (listed under 2 to 4 above) to ASC (eManifest Registration) via email at mou.emanifest [AT] gmail.com and obtain the date and time for registration and signing of MoU.

(The MoU will be prepared by the Sri Lanka Customs at the ICT division after filling your company details)

** Sign the MoU with the Director of Customs (ICT) being present at the time given at the ICT Division of Sri Lanka Customs. The ASC (eManifest Registration) will facilitate the MoU signing event.

** Once the MoU is signed the ASC (eManifest Registration) will issue the VPN Certificate, User-names and passwords to the relevant users of the company to access the AsyCuda World server directly.

** A demonstration on the submission of the AW eManifest will be done to a group of users by the DSC (Project Implementation) as and when required.

** Inform all the issues related to the submission of AW eManifest to the ASC (eManifest Registration) via email at help.emanifest [AT] yahoo.com or visit ICT Division of Sri Lanka Customs.

How to submit the manifest in ASYCUDA WORLD :
** Establish the SSL connection to the server as directed. Once the connection is secured..
** Type the URL //172.16.2.120:8081/awclient/ in the internet browser.
** You will get the following web page

** Select the relevant icon based on your computer (32/64 bit) and double click on the same.
** Login using the username and the password issued by the Customs

Go to ASYCUDA
** Cargo Manifest
** Data Management
** XML Integration

** If the xml is for a main line manifest click on the Full Cargo Integration
** If it is for a second level manifest click on the Degroupage icon. Next locate the xml using the finder icon.
** Click on the icon to validate the xml. If any errors it will be displayed in the pdf format.

** If the xml is validated without any errors click on icon to upload the xml.
** If errors following window will pop up
** Click on icon to retrieve the errors. Rectify the same. Upload the same again.

How to do a check BL :
** Go to ASYCUDA -> Cargo Manifest -> Data Management -> Manual Capture -> Waybill.
** Right click on the Waybill
** Click on the Find icon

** Give the BL no and click on the finder icon.
** The following window will popup. Right click and View
** The relevant details appear. You can also view your own BLs.
