Work Holiday Pass

Apply for Work Holiday Pass under the Work Holiday Programme (WHP) or the Work and Holiday Visa Programme (WHVP).

You’re about to apply for a Work Holiday Pass. It takes about 15 minutes to complete this form. You will also need to upload these documents.

If you are a graduate :
** A copy of the personal particulars page of your passport.
** A copy of your degree certificate and transcripts.

If you are an undergraduate :
** A copy of the personal particulars page of your passport.
** A letter from your university stating your matriculation, name, nationality and date of birth.

** A copy of your university student card.
** A copy of your student visa (if you are an international student at the university). If you do not have a student visa, please upload an explanation letter.

Note : If the documents from your university are not in English, submit a copy of the original document and an official English translation certified by the university.

You’re about to apply for a Work and Holiday Visa (for Australians only). It takes about 15 minutes to complete this form. You will also need to upload these documents.

If you are a graduate :
** A copy of the personal particulars page of your passport.

** A copy of your medical examination report done within the last 12 months.

If you are an undergraduate :
** A copy of the personal particulars page of your passport.
** A letter from your university stating your matriculation, name, nationality and date of birth.

** A copy of your medical examination report done within the last 12 months.

Note : If the documents from your university are not in English, submit a copy of the original document and an official English translation certified by the university.

What are the differences between WHP & WHVP?

WHP WHVP
For who Studying or graduated from universities in Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States. Australians studying or graduated from universities in any country.
Age Between 18 to 25 years old. Between 18 to 30 years old.
Education : Undergraduates Full-time student of the university for at least 3 months. Completed at least two years of full-time university study, or its equivalent.
Education : Graduates Full-time student of the university. Hold a university degree.
How many times Multiple times, but can only after 12 months from the day you last held the pass. Only once.
Duration 6 months. 12 months.
