How to use Ameria Mobile Banking?
Download the application from an online store (App Store, Google Play Store) and install it on your device, then enter your username and password.

* Attention! To make banking operations using Ameria Mobile Banking you must be an Online Ameriabank user and enter the Online Ameriabank user and password (the token or “Ameria Token” mobile application should be used to generate one-time passwords). If you are not an Online Ameriabank user, please visit the nearest Ameriabank branch.

Account Opening and Service :
Ameriabank offers the following account types :
Personal account :
** may be administered only by the account holder unless the account is administered under trust management terms (based on power of attorney).

Joint account :
** a type of account in the name of individuals where the transactions may be made on the availability of the verified signatures of the all or one (two) of co-signers. The right to make transactions through these accounts is stipulated in the Agreement on Opening and Managing Bank Account executed with the client, and in the signature card.

** In case of joint account the Agreement on Opening and Managing Bank Account is co-signed by the persons opening the account.

Account in the name of a third person :
** available for the service of time deposit accounts originated in the name of a third person

Special purpose account :
** a special account opened in compliance with the procedure specified by the RA legislation and the internal acts of the bank, for example, an account in the name of a minor under age 14, account ensuring secure settlements under real estate sale and purchase agreements (escrow account), etc.

1. What is the difference between Internet Banking and Bank-Client systems?
Bank-Client is a software installed on your PC. Internet Banking system can be accessed from any device (via a browser), while Mobile Banking system can be accessed via relevant application.

2. How can I use Mobile Banking ?
To use Mobile Banking you need to activate Internet/Mobile Banking service at the bank and download Ameria Mobile Banking application.

3. What do I do if I forget my password?
You can recover your Internet/Mobile Banking password yourself if relevant settings are in place, or by visiting the bank.

4. How does the bank guarantee the security of distance banking systems?
To ensure high-level security we use Digipass devices developed by VASCO Data Security, a world leader among providers of identification devices for on-line systems.

Application rules of the security devices are available at Digipass 270 or Digipass GO3. The system ensures secure and protected banking services via SSL 128 bit key encoding protocol.

5. What documents do I need to use distance banking systems?
To use distance banking physical entities should submit an ID and personal public services number.
