Register A Business Name :

Step 1 : Go to the home page and click on“register a business name”

Step 2 : Enter the availability code of the business name you want to register and click on “proceed”

Step 3 : When you click on “proceed” as in step2, the approved company name displays, click on “Action” there will be a drop down, then click on “register”

Step 4 : Fill in the resulting form accurately and click on “continue” at the bottom right of the page

Step 5 : Fill in the resulting form for business name details and click on “continue”. You can always click on “save and exit” to exit and continue from where you stopped at a later time

Step 6 : From the resulting page select an option by clicking on either of the tiny circles, if “proprietors (other than corporations)” is selected a drop down will be displayed click on either of the resulting tiny circles to select if the proprietor is a minor, fill in the resulting form and click on “Add”

Step 7 : Click on either of the tiny circles again as shown above and repeat the process to add New proprietors, fill in the form adequately and click on “add”

Step 8 : A list of the added proprietors is displayed, to delete a proprietor you can click on “action” there will be a drop down click on “delete”. After all proprietors’ details have been added click on “continue” to proceed with the registration.

Step 9 : After you click continue in step8, click on “Add” to add new nature of the business.
Step 10 : when you click on “Add new” as in step 9,click on any of the tick boxes to select the nature of the business, and then click on “Add” to continue

Step 11 : Click on the pointers to select the number of copies for each of the documents, and then click on “continue”
Step 12 : After step11, a preview page will be displayed go through what you have entered so Far and click on “Continue” at the bottom right of the page to proceed.

Step 13 : Make your payment; select a payment option and click on “Next”. Also note the Transaction Reference ID

Step 14 : Fill in the card details and click on “Ok” to complete the payment process or “Cancel” to abort the process. After the payment has been approved or disapproved, you will get a payment receipt as seen in Figure 9b. Click on ”Return to home” to go to your portal

Step 15 : After payment has been made, to check your application status or your payment status, go to “My Reservation History”. If your payment was approved and your application status still reads “Not Submitted”.

Kindly click on “Action” , then click on “View payment history” to enable you know your payment status. If the payment status reads FAILED, DISAPPROVED or IN PROGRESS, kindly click on the “Check Status” to manually check your payment status then wait for 15mins to see the updated status of your payment.
