Agent Registration :

This User Agreement constitutes the agreement between MyIPO and you as a user who accesses or establishes a connection (“user,” “you,” or “your”) to the world wide web site known as myipo.gov.my (“Site”), which is owned and controlled by MyIPO.

You must agree to abide by all of the provisions in this Agreement in order to remain an authorized user of the Site and your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to abide by those provisions.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and for ensuring that your use complies fully with the provisions of this Agreement.
1. Description Of Service MyIPO currently provides users with access to an automatic online filing and online search hereafter known as the “Service”.

You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for MyIPO to provide the Service.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new MyIPO properties, shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions.

You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that MyIPO assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

You are responsible to obtain access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

2. No Resale Of Service You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

3. Modification To Service MyIPO reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

You agree that MyIPO shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

First you have to select the Nationality then enter the following details,
1. NRIC No. (Login ID)
2. Bumiputera Status – Bumi or Non-Bumi
3. Password
4. Confirm Password

Please key in at least one of your agent no. Applicable to agent who previously registered with old system.

8. Geographical Indication

How to Get Digital ID for Free :
** Fill up the online enrolment form by first become a member of the system. From inside the system, click on “Digital ID Management”, and follow the steps given. Our administrator will process your request upon submission of the form.

** An e-mail with pin number will be sent to your e-mail address. You can retrieve your ID using the pin number.
** Follow the instructions given in the e-mail to install your Digital ID.

** This Digital ID is valid for one year from the date retrieved. Apply For Digital ID Now And Start Your Filing Today!
