1. Missed Call Alert :
Missed Call Alert tells you who called you when your mobile device was not available (out of battery, shut down or without coverage).

Scenario 1 : Your phone is not available – Missed Call Alert service will send you an SMS notification telling you which number(s) was trying to reach you and when.
Scenario 2 : The number you are calling is not available – the service will send you an SMS notification when the phone becomes available (change ‘available’ to ‘accessible’ so as to avoid double usage?) so that you can call back.
Fee :
** 1 cent/day for subscription.
How to use :
** To activate : *883#
** To deactivate : *883*0#
Note :
** All notification messages are free of charge.
** Subscription fee charges are deducted from main balance only.
** This service is applicable for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers, excluding Traveller SIM.
2. Voice Mail :
Now, missing a call doesn’t mean you miss an important message from friends or family. Smart Voice Mail gives your callers the option to leave you a voice message in your mail box that you can listen to when your phone is available again.
Even more exciting, with Celebrity Voice, Smart subscribers using the voice mail service can choose from a wide selection of voices to record their message in.
Both the caller and recipient will be given the option to leave a message in a celebrity’s voice, with a wide selection of voices to choose from.
Activation :
** SMS : send [ON] message to 6767 to activate.
** IVR : dial 6767.
