Starting 1 July 2015 we will apply fee on printed billing statement at IDR10,000 which will be debited at your billing statement in the following month.

How To Register :
** Sign on to Citibank Online and select menu ‘Services’ > ‘My Profile’ (located in the top menu bar).
** Select ‘E-STATEMENT AND E-ADVICES’ from the left hand menu, then click ‘Enroll/Edit e-Statement’ from the available options.

** Select your ‘Preferred E-mail Address’ to deliver e-Statement.
** If you choose to receive e-Statement delivered via your personal mailbox, please customize your e-Statement Password for personal protection.

** Confirm your enrollment and click ‘Confirm’.
*Note : Your first eStatements will be available in your next statement cycle.

1. Who is eligible for e-Statement?
All customers who hold banking, credit card and investments accounts will be eligible to enroll for e-Statement

2. Do I need to pay for this service?
This service is offered to you free of charge. However, every printed bank/card statement that being sent via regular mail is being charged for Rp15.000,-.

3. Will I still receive my paper statements if I am enrolled for Citibank e-Statement?
You will not receive any paper statements if you are enrolled for Citibank e-Statement.

4. Can I choose to receive both paper statements and e-Statement for my accounts?
No, once you have enrolled for e-Statement, you will no longer receive paper statements.

6. How do I know if my statement is ready for viewing?
You will receive an email informing that your statement is ready for viewing in Citibank Online, or you could choose to receive your statement to be attached in the email as a password-encrypted PDF e-statement.

7. When will I start to receive my e-Statement?
Upon successful enrollment, you will be on e-Statement from the next statement cycle onwards.

8. How long will my e-Statement be stored in my mailbox?
Your e-statement will stay in your personal mailbox without expiry date or you can save e-Statement in your personal computer.
9. How long can I view my online e-Statement?
You will be able to access your statements for up to the past 7 years.

10. Can I download my statements via Citi Mobile App?
e-Statement is not available in Citi Mobile App; however through Citi Mobile App you are able to access your summary and detailed activity of your accounts.
