Online Citizen Registration
Citizen User :
This type of registration will allow you to access and use Government services which are citizen related. To register please click the link “Register As A Citizen Portal User” above.

Once registered as a Citizen User, You will not be able to fully access all the Business related services. If you are a citizen and also want to access business related services, Please register again as a Business User.

20. Security Code *
Successful Registration :
Once the registration is successful, an activation e-mail will be sent to the email address which was provided on the registration page. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. It is important that correct email address is provided.
Registered User :
If you have already registered, Please proceed to LOG IN by entering User ID and Password in the above fields and click the Sign In Button.
Forgot Password :
If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password” link above. You will be required to answer a security question that you chose during the registration process. A new password will be sent to your email address. This password can be changed after you log in.
Citizen User :
