Service Description :
It means that the customer submits an e-signature card application at service centers (TASHEEL) or the establishments participating in the e-forms program. This application shall be sent electronically to the Ministry in order to issue the card and send it to the customer by mail.

The applicant shall have a single personal number for all his establishments’ at all labour offices in the country.

** Effectively engage in programs and events that aim to enhance Emiratisation, adopt policies that encourage the UAE citizens to work in the private sector, and create a convenient work environment to retain them.
** Interview the qualified UAE citizens who match the firms needs.
** Provide feedback on the candidates shortlisted for the interviews, and record reasons why they are not offered the jobs.
** Provide opportunities for training, qualifying, and employment for UAE citizens.
** Adopt policies that encourage the UAE citizens to work with the organization and create a convenient work environment to retain them.
** Regularly present dates and information required for the Point System, using the forms approved by the MOHRE.
