Check Survey Status :

This service is provided for visitors who have already submitted applications to the Cadastral Survey Directorate.

To track the status of your application, please enter your application number and your CPR number below and click on the display button.

Steps :
1. Enter the CPR number or the organization number in the first column.
2. Enter the job number in the second column as you received it
3. Click on ”Go”.

4. By this way you can see your request status and the data you entered to check their correctness.
5. You can follow your request status depending on the stages of completion as follows :
** Under Survey

** Under Examination – Private sector survey
** Under Examination – CSD survey
** Deed plan being prepared

** Deed plan waiting for signature.
** Job in hold pending obtaining additional information
** Job cancelled

** Job complete archived
6. When your request status appears, Click on the status to know the steps that your request will follow.

FAQs :
1. What are the required documents for Cadastral (real estate) surveying, marking borders, ‎and issuing a survey certificate?‎
A copy of the deed and map, A copy of the notarized (agency) document for representative(s) of the owner(s), The CPR number (ID card) for the owner/agent, A survey request form. ‎

2. What documents are required to prepare a deed map?‎
A survey request form obtained from the Registration & Follow-Up Directorate, attached to ‎the registration documents, Copies of the deed & map of the property, A copy of the notarized (agency) document for representative(s) of the owner(s), A location map for the property if the deed is old., The CPR number (ID card) for the owner/agent.

3. Are all Surveys performed by the SLRB?‎
The SLRB performs various types of surveys, however, it also commissions private survey ‎offices to survey specific types of lands via limited contracting. Private property (Cadastral) ‎surveying is completely handed over to private surveyors.‎

4. How long does it take to complete a Survey application?‎
‎2 to 3 months in most cases.

5. How long does it take to complete an application for Land Registration?‎
Opening a file for a registration application, reviewing documents, and collecting fees lasts ‎between 35 & 45 minutes. Issuing an ownership deed requires no more than 1 week in most ‎cases.‎

6. Are cash payments mandatory?‎
Alongside cash, credit cards and bank cheques are accepted.‎
7. Should an ownership deed be lost or damaged, how can a replacement be obtained?‎
According to Article 51 of the Land Registration Law, no replacement is issued without a court ‎order.‎

8. What are the fees for SLRB services?‎
Fees vary according to the type of service. For further information, please refer to the service ‎fee tables in the “Information Center” section of this website.
