Juvenile Card Registration :

Juvenile card is an identity card issued to children under the age of 18 years. The chip-based card is distinguished from Child Registration Certificate (CRC) as it is an ‘entitled document’ with multiple facilities.

Child’s parents or blood relative holding a valid National Identity Card (NIC) is required to be physically present for providing the biometrics. Please visit any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) to apply for Juvenile card as the online facility is not available.

Where can I apply for my Juvenile Card?
You can apply for your Juvenile Card (JV) by visiting any NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Following are the steps which you will be following at the NRC :
** You will be issued a token
** Your photograph will be captured

** Your fingerprints and signature will be taken
** You required data entry will be done and form will be printed to be reviewed by yourself
** You will be handed over a printed version of your application form.

Once the form is printed and given to you, please submit the form to the concerned NRC after you have gotten it attested either by a blood relative (father/mother/brother/sister/daughter/son) or any gazette officer.

How long will it take from application completion to delivery?
There are three means in which a card can be delivered.
** Normal – 30 days
** Urgent – 15 days
** Fast Track – 7 Days (Queue priority at NRCs for immediate processing)

How can I get myself cleared from “DUP” category?
A citizen obtaining two or more identity cards/certificates with different Identity Numbers is marked “DUP” in NADRA database. Once you apply for DUP clearance, one of your Juvenile Card will be retained while the other (duplicate) will be surrendered automatically.

Citizen will have a choice to retain any one of his/her NICs/Certificates through an application made to National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA).You can visit any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) and apply for “DUP” clearance. The fee charged for this is Rs. 1000.

Which application category you want to apply?
New (First Time application)
Select this option if you are applying for your National Identity Card for the first time
Modification (Change in existing data)
In case you want to change any of your existing National Identity Card data, you may select this option.

Reprint (Lost/Damaged)
If your National Identity card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, you may select this option.
Renewal (Card is expired)
Select this option in case your card is expired or is about to expire.
