NHT Request Loan Statements
In order to benefit from our new facility to send loan statements directly to your e-mail inbox, please complete, sign and submit the attached Indemnity form.

In addition to receiving your annual loan statements, you will be able to receive other important information from the Trust via e-mail (account status, information about new products & services and public service announcements). Also, you will be able to make requests and provide instructions to the NHT regarding your loan account via e-mail.
Instructions
** Download and complete the form
** Have your signature witnessed by a JP, Notary Public or authorized NHT officer
** Make a copy of a valid picture ID (passport, Drivers’ License, Voters’ ID) and have it witnessed by the said JP, Notary Public or authorized NHT officer
** Drop off the form along with a copy of the ID to the Customer Service Department in any NHT Branch Office or, via the postal service to:

Once the Indemnity form has been received, you will be sent an acknowledgement e-mail from the NHT. Thereafter, you will be able to make your request via wecare[at]nht.gov.jm.
Indemnity
1) Authorise the National Housing Trust (hereafter called the Trust) to accept and act on instructions issued by me via email from email address(es) in schedule, in respect of any and all existing loan accounts/savings account for which I have authority and for any accounts that may exist now or in the future with the NHT.
Such instructions to NHT may include:
i· Request for change of address;
ii· Transfer of contributions refund, principal payment or loan prepayment between my loan accounts or any other loan accounts secured by the same collateral.
2) Authorise the Trust to send updates via email to the email address(es) in the schedule in respect of my loan account(s) and share information about my account with other mortgagor(s) on the account or whose loan(s) is/are secured by the same collateral.
3) Indemnify and hold the Trust, its agents and employees harmless upon demand in respect of all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be incurred by or asserted against the Trust, its agents and employees in connection with or arising directly or indirectly from any action taken in accordance with the instructions received by email from me.
The Trust shall not be liable for acting on the instructions received which may not have been authorised by me and the instructions may have been misinterpreted or the Trust may have made errors of omission or commission, of for any delay in compliance with the instructions.

Additional Simplified Procedure
You can request your NHT loan statements online through the NHT Online portal or the NHT Mobile App.
Through NHT Online:
1. Go to the NHT Online portal: https://online.nht.gov.jm/
2. Log in using your NHT ID and password.
3. Click on the “Loans” tab.
4. Click on the “Request Loan Statement” link.
5. Select the loan that you want to request a statement for.
6. Click on the “Submit” button.
The NHT will send you an email with a link to download your loan statement.
Through NHT Mobile App:
1. Download the NHT Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and sign in with your NHT ID and password.
3. Tap on the “Loans” tab.
4. Tap on the “Request Loan Statement” button.
5. Select the loan that you want to request a statement for.
6. Tap on the “Submit” button.
The NHT will send you an email with a link to download your loan statement.
Here are some of the things to keep in mind when requesting your NHT loan statements online:
** You must have an NHT ID and password to log in to the NHT Online portal or the NHT Mobile App.
** You can request a statement for any loan that you have with the NHT.
** The NHT will send you an email with a link to download your loan statement.
** The link will be valid for 30 days.
** You can download your loan statement as many times as you need to.
