How To Apply For BISE Rawalpindi Date of Birth Correction?
The date of birth of the candidate who has either applied for appearing in the BISE Rawalpindi secondary School Certificate Examination or has already passed the Examination may be corrected provided that.

The application fee to correct Date of birth after ten years is Rs. 4070.00/-
1. The application can be entertained as per schedule given as under:-
(i) Within two years Rs. 1070.00/-
(ii) Within five years Rs.2070.00/-
(iii) Within ten-years Rs. 3070.00/-
2. The Board is satisfied after enquiry and inspection of School records pertaining to the first admission of a particulars candidate in a recognized School that the mistake was due to clerical error in transferring the date of birth from on record, register or document another record, register or document.

If that the entry of the date of birth of joining recognized School is not available or is reported to incorrect then the birth certificate containing all entries pertaining to his name in the Municipal birth register to be supplied. Provided that the name of the-candidate and name of the father already mentioned in these entries.
3. The School’s record’s are corrected in the same manner as the records in the office of the Board.
4. No understanding anything contained in this regulation, the chairman may accept certificate of school duly attested by the foreign mission of Pakistan in foreign country.

Instructions On BISE Rawalpindi Date of Birth Correction
Instructions :
1. Application should be sent through the Head of the Institution from where the applicant passed the BISE Rawalpindi Secondary School Certificate Examination. If the applicant passed Secondary School Certificate Examination privately the application should be submitted through the Head of a recognised institution.
2. No application for correction in date of birth will be considered unless it is submitted to the Board on the prescribed form along with the prescribed fee, once received is not refunded

Instructions for Students :
The private students or their parents should deposit their admission forms just after the announcement of schedule and not wait for the last date. They should obtain the receipt from Inquiry Section of the Board.
In case a letter is received by the student and the queries are not answered, Roll No. Slip will not be issued. For the convenience of students the detail of the papers, name of the student and date of birth is endorsed on the date sheet.

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi was established in October, 1977 as a result of bifurcation of BISE Sargodha under Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act No. XIII of 1976. The BISE Rawalpindi has since been confined to the Districts of Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum and Rawalpindi. (The defunct Civil Division of Rawalpindi).

I got court judgment for BISE Rwp and sent BISE Rwp Form for correction of DoB duly completed and signed by Head along with Judgment of court. HBL Fees deposited slip ect according to requirement of BISE Rwp on 12th June 2017. Subsequently my case was forwarded by secretory office for registration branch vide secretory office reference number PFl2. 1280 dated 14 June 2017.
