How long will it take for me to find out if I’m approved?
Once you complete and submit the application; you should receive a response within 60 seconds. If you are not immediately approved, please allow 7-10 business days to process your request, and after that you may hear from us by mail.

If you want to check on the status of your application, you may call 1-800-987-5521. Please wait at least 48 hours from the day you completed your application. This will ensure your application has been entered into the bank’s system.

What if I have bad credit?
All credit types are welcome to apply for this offer. We have credit cards designed specifically for those who have less than perfect credit.

Why no New York or Wisconsin?
Due to the requirements and limitations in the New York and Wisconsin state laws, this offer is not available to residents of those states. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I cancel?

First PREMIER® Bank offers credit cards to legal residents and citizens of the United States, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Virgin Islands.
