** Check balances and statements
** Make payments
** Check and set up alerts
** View your account details
** See your 1|2|3 World cashback

** For loans, investments, insurance and mortgages you can log on to see your balance and some account details.

** Go to the ‘Get started’ tab for information about how to sign up for Online and Mobile Banking if you have a Santander mortgage but no current account, savings account or credit card.

How to use Mobile Banking :
** To make Mobile Banking as easy to use as possible you’ll see your accounts listed as soon as you log on.
** To transact or view more details of your banking, savings and credit card accounts simply click on your chosen account and you will be shown the range of options available.

View balances :
** You can see the balances of your current accounts, savings accounts, mortgages, investments and loans and the details of your insurance policy or policies.
** Not all accounts will be available to view so you may hold ones which don’t appear.
** Select the account you want to check
** You will see details of the accounts you hold with us on the home screen

View transactions :
** Check your current accounts, saving accounts, credit cards and Flexible Offset Mortgage between dates over the last 4 years.
** Select the account you want to view
** Click ‘Transactions’ or ‘Recent transactions’ depending on the account you’re looking at
** You will see a list of transactions which you can scroll down
** Click on specific transactions to see more details

Search transactions by date :
** Find specific transactions in your current accounts, savings accounts, credit card accounts and Flexible Offset Mortgage.
** Select the account you want to view
** Click ‘Transactions’ or ‘Recent transactions’ depending on the account you’re looking at
** Click on ‘Dates’ and you’ll be able to select the dates you want to search from the calendar shown
** Confirm by clicking ‘Show this range’ underneath the calendar
** The search will show you the nearest transaction to the date you’ve selected, if one was not made on the date itself

View account details :
** Easily check your current accounts, savings accounts, credit card accounts and Flexible Offset Mortgage.
** Select the account
** Select the ‘Account details’ button

** You’ll see a screen showing the balance, available balance, account number, sort code and type. You’ll also see the account’s BIC and IBAN numbers if relevant; you might need these to make an international transfer
