Apply For International Accredited Training Centre (IATC) :

** International Accredited Training Centre are Institutions registered under the Department of Skills Development (JPK) to train students on approved skills courses.

** These institutions enable all students to pursue specialized technical and vocational skills training courses accredited by the Malaysian Government.
** The accredited courses contain pathways that enable students to gain internationally recognized qualifications.
** They incorporate certification by City and Guilds (UK), Confederation of Tourism, Hotel and Catering Management (UK), LCCI (UK), TAFE (Australia) and other international and professional bodies.

Note :
** Students below the age of 16 or above the age of 35 are not eligible to study Skills courses in Malaysia.

Document Requirements :
** The following documents are required to apply for a new application at an International Accredited Training Centre (IATC).
** Original or copy of offer letter (Note: Conditional offer letter is not accepted)
** 2 passport size photographs BLUE background (3.5cm x 5cm)
** 1 copy of ALL pages of passport with certified true copy of each page (including special pass and/or exit stamp, where applicable)

** 1 copy of special pass and/or passport page with exit stamp (where applicable)
** A passport that is valid at least 12 months from the expected date of entry.
** A copy of academic and other certificates certified as per requirement of MOHR/JPK or the original certified true copy (Secondary school or any equivalent certificate will be the minimum required certification accepted)
** Typed or hand written Personal bond form duly stamped [As per EMGS template]
** No Objection Certificate (NOC) for students from Sub-Saharan Africa (if applicable)

Private Education Institutes (IPS) :
** Private Educational Institutions include private schools, international schools, centers of expertise include language center, tutoring center, computer training centers, technical skills center and trade center.
** They fall under the supervision and responsibility of the Ministry of Education.
** Educational institutions that fall into this category offer education from pre-school, primary to the secondary level.
** The types of private educational institutions in the category that needs to be registered with the Ministry of Education include Language centers, computer training, some Skills Centers under the Ministry of Education.

** Since the courses covered by Private Educational Institutions are short, the Student Pass that is issued will only be for a minimum of 3 months (if you are progressing to a higher level) and a maximum of 6 months at a time.

Document Requirements :
** The following documents are required to apply for a new application at a Private Educational Institution.
** Offer letter from the institution
** 2 passport size photographs with BLUE background (3.5cm x 5cm)

** 1 copy of ALL pages of passport with certified pages (including special pass and/or exit stamp, where applicable). Your passport should be valid for at least 12 months from the expected date of entry.

** A certified true copy of your academic certificates. If you are applying for Academic Progression, you will be required to submit the results of the previous level of study)
** Pre-arrival Medical Examination Report from an approved clinic in your country. Click here to learn more.
** Personal bond form submitted by the Institution. The personal bond amount is set according to your country and paid to the institution as a security bond.
** Student Verification Letter endorsed by your High Commission
