How To Change Of Course Or Institution :
** If you change your mind about the course you are studying or the institutions where you are studying, you will be allowed to do it through a variation application.

** Students can apply for a Variation when they wish to change to another course or another institution and it is not a progression or further study –i.e. it only applies if the student has not completed the first course.
** Please note that you cannot apply to change course unless you have received a confirmed offer of study at another institution.
** Your original education provider must cancel the current Pass before you can apply.
** You are only allowed to change course or institution twice;
see the illustrations below :
** International Student enters Malaysia to Study Course A at College A
** Apply to vary to Course B in College A before finishing Course A – this counts as one change
** Apply to vary to Course B but at College B before finishing at College A – this counts as the second change
OR
** Apply to vary from Course A in College A to Course A at College B – this counts as one change
** Apply to redo Course A in College B after 2 years – this counts as the second change
Important :
** If you are studying at a Skills Institution (International Accreditation Centre), you are only allowed to change to a different course within the same institution
** If you are studying at a Private Education Institution (IPS), you will only be allowed to change your course once during your period of study.
** You are not allowed to change your institution.
