3. What is the difference between CONVERTED and UNCONVERTED documents?
** CONVERTED documents refer to the birth, marriage and death certificates that are already in digital format and are now stored in the image database. These are searched and retrieved electronically during the processing of requests.

** UNCONVERTED documents refer to the birth, marriage and death certificates that are not yet in digital format.
