This contest is organized by Copenhagen Airports A/S, Lufthavnsboulevarden 6, 2770 Kastrup, VAT number 14 70 72 04, phone 32 31 32 31, kundeservice@cph.dk (“CPH”).

General:
** CPH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions with no prior warning or notification, as well as suspending, withdrawing or cancelling the contest if there is fair reason for doing so. In addition, CPH can at any time exclude participants that do not abide by the rules, terms and conditions of the contest. If there is reason to suspect cheating, CPH reserves the right to eliminate participants from the contest.
** Participants recognize that decisions made by CPH are final and binding.
** If the contest entails the answering of questions etc., only correct answers of questions etc. will be considered in the draw.
** Any costs for mobile data will not be reimbursed.

What Can You Win?
** The main prize of the Win More contest is 2 x airline tickets from Copenhagen to Abu Dhabi with Air Berlin. The FlyClassic fare value of the prize is DKK 4,947 based on a date of departure on 30 June 2016 and a date on arrival on 7 July 2016 when booking on 6 October 2015 (Please be aware that the actual value of the winners tickets will vary depending on the departure and arrival date/time and the booking date/time.

** The winner will only receive tickets with the value of the tickets according to his/her chosen departure and arrival date/time and will not be compensated economically with the potential difference if he/she can find tickets with a higher value on other days in the validity period for the tickets).

** The winner will receive a promotional that has to be used as payment when booking tickets. The promotional code may be used only once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or discounts. It loses its validity once a booking has been completed. A promotional code cannot be used as payment for a flight that has already been booked. It cannot be exchanged for cash. The sale, auction, duplication or modification of the promotional code is prohibited.

** The promotional code may be limited to a specific time, destination or other criteria and is always subject to availability. Accompanying passengers must travel with the promotional code holder. Splitting is not permitted. Any such restrictions are indicated on the promotion voucher in question or in the terms and conditions that apply to the promotion campaign. Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for codeshare flights or flights operated by partner airlines.

** If a departure/arrival airport is no longer serviced by Air Berlin, the customer is not entitled to transportation to/from this airport. Air Berlin reserves the right to offer a similar destination. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed. It is possible to rebook or cancel a flight or change the name of the passenger upon payment of a separate rebooking fee, as per Air Berlin’s applicable General Terms and Conditions of Carriage as well as optional fees table applicable at the time of rebooking, which can be viewed at airberlin.com/abb or airberlin.com/fees.

** Presentation of the paper copy of the promotion voucher does not constitute the right to redeem it against a flight. Except in the case of invalidity of the promotional code for which Air Berlin is responsible, Air Berlin accepts no liability for the loss or theft of the promotional code. A replacement promotional code will only be issued if Air Berlin is responsible for the loss of the original promotional code.

** Bookings with promotional codes are subject to availability and can only be made via telephone to Air Berlin’s customer service. Bookings during holiday periods are only available on a restricted basis. The handling of the booking request may take up to three days.

** The prize is valid for 1 year from the date of the winner being contacted.

Who Can Participate?:
** Everyone that has participated in the scratch card game has an opportunity to participate in the contest for the main prize of the Win More contest. You must be at least 18 years of age, however.
** Each participant can participate in the contest for the main prize once in the contest period, which runs from 8 October 2015 to 31 October 2015 inclusive.
** Employees of CPH as well as members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest.

When Can You Participate?:
You can participate in the contest from 8 October 2015 to 31 October 2015, both days inclusive.

How Can You Participate?:
** Everyone that has participated in the scratch card game can participate in the contest for the main prize of the Win More contest. In order to participate in the contest, the participant must have participated in the scratch card game of the Win More contest, supplied his or her email address and accepted the terms and conditions of the contest for the main prize of the Win More contest.
** The contest will have one draw for the main prize of the Win More contest. The main prize draw will take place on 1 November 2015.

If You Win:
** There will be one winner of the 2 x airline tickets from Copenhagen to Abu Dhabi with Air Berlin.
** The winner of the contest for the main prize in the Win More contest will be contacted by email within 14 days of the contest closing. The name of the winner will be publicised on CPH Advantage’s webpage at www.advantage.cph.dk.
** Any taxes or duties on the prize is covered by CPH. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. If a prize cannot be handed out due to conditions beyond CPH’s control, a different prize of similar value will be awarded.
** If CPH is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the winner having been drawn, the winner loses the right to the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
** CPH accepts no responsibility for the prizes, including defects liability, product liability et cetera.
** A prize will not be awarded if the person awarded the prize will break given law.

Personal Information:
CPH gathers and processes personal information in relation to managing participation in the contest. Furthermore, CPH uses personal information for sending promotional material et cetera if you have consented to receive such. Your personal information will not be passed on to third parties, and you have the right of insight into the gathered information as well as the right to object to the handling of the information. Applicable Law And Venue:
This contest is subject to Danish law, and any disputes are to be presented to Danish courts of law.
