Service Description:
This service enables clients to register (total/ partial) grant through freely assigning the property for a person or persons( an immediate relative, mother, father, husband, wife, children), however, the property shall be free from restrictions on ownership or grant.

This service is provided by the Department of Real Estate Registration Services – Registration Trustees Follow-up Section.

Service Requirements:
** Title deed
** Value estimation certificate
** NOC if the donated property is in the free ownership region
** Relation proof:

** Marriage certificate: Translated to Arabic and notarized by The U.A.E embassy in that country and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs inside the U.A.E
** Birth certificate: Translated to Arabic and notarized by The U.A.E embassy in that country and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs inside the U.A.E

** Copy of the passports (original copy)
** residence visa for expatriates
** Copy of passport + Nationality ID

For Citizens, a Declaration of Grant from Dubai court is required by:
** A letter to the Director General for approval
** Transfer the letter to Dubai courts for the Declaration of Grant
** Issue the Declaration of Grant from Dubai Courts

Service Fees:
** 0.125% of the value of granted property (minimum of AED 2000)
** AED 250 for title deed issuance
** Map issuance fees (depends on property type)
** AED 10 as knowledge surcharge for each fee

Real estate advertisement permit :
Description :
** This service allows clients to obtain a permit for making commercial advertisements related to the property, whether they are printed, external, vehicle advertisements or SMSs.
** This service requires the obtaining of the real estate qualification certificate from Dubai Real Estate Institute.

Inquiry about Real Estate Condition (with project registration) :
Description :
** This service allows clients to inquire about the real estate condition by entering the real estate information, such as the type, plot number, or area number.
** The service is provided by the Real Estate Developers Registration Section at the Department of Real Estate Escrow Accounts.

** Entering the Department’s official website, selecting from the list of electronic services and choosing from the list of the said services, inquiry about the real estate condition
