Taxpayer Registration :

All applicable registration forms can be found in taxpayers current view list. Depending on whether external user is registered as taxpayer or not, different applicable registration forms are displayed (for more details see chapter 3.1. Current view).

The process of taxpayer registration is described below :
** You have to enter registration data in an applicable registration form. Read instructions given in chapter 3.3 Prepare and submit registration form. All registrations request submitted can be found in the list of registration forms history (see chapter 3.6 View registration forms history).
** You will receive an e-mail and an information message about your registration approval or rejection:
** If registration is approved, you are registered as a particular taxpayer.
** If registration is rejected you can retry to register while observing the provided rejection reason(s).
** Approved registration form can be amended. To amend registration form, use function 3.4 Amend registration data.

Current view:
Taxpayer’s current view list contains all applicable registration forms. Follow these steps to open taxpayer current view:
1. Select menu item “Taxpayer Current view”. The system displays a list of applicable registration forms. If you do not have TIN assigned to your user account data, a single “Individual Registration Form (for personal information)” is displayed (see Figure 14).
2. When your taxpayer registration is approved you can fill in and submit Individual registration form for enterprise and VAT application for registration form
2.1. If registration form was submitted and decision was received, you can review current data in a filler form by clicking button [View current data], or amend approved data by clicking button [Amend data].
2.2. If a registration form has not yet been submitted, you can see the button [Fill new] next to it. Click it to start a new registration.
2.3. If the same registration form can be used for several objects (for example “Individual registration form (for enterprises)”), a button [Show Individual enterprise forms(s)] are shown next to the form. This button opens a list of registration forms submitted for different objects (see Figure 16). The functionality of this list is the same as functionality of the registration forms list.

In the list of registration forms you can initiate:
** Submission of a new registration form. For more details read chapter 3.3 Prepare and submit registration form.
** Amendment of submitted registration forms. For more details read chapter 3.4 Amend registration data.
** Viewing registration form data in a read-only mode. For more details read chapter 3.2 View registration’s data.

View registration’s data:
You can view each submitted registration in a read-only mode.

To view your registration, current view of registrations must be opened:
1. Select menu “Taxpayer ? current view”. The current view of your registration data is opened (see Figure 15).
2. Find particular registration in the table and click [View last submission data] or [View current data]. The system displays data of registration form in view mode (see Figure 17).

3. If the particular form has any attachment there is a button [Attachments] enabled. (See Figure 18). Click it – the list of attachments will be displayed.
4. To go back to a list of registration forms click button [Back].

Prepare and submit registration form:
An external user who is not a registered taxpayer (has no tax identification number assigned to him) is allowed to perform the only functionality in the system – to prepare a d submit a general taxpayer registration form for becoming an individual taxpayer. When Individual registration form is successfully submitted, he can proceed with filing other taxpayer registration forms (Individual registration form (enterprise), VAT application for registration, etc.). To submit a new taxpayer registration form taxpayer current view should be opened:

1. Select menu “Taxpayer ? Current view”. The current view of your registration forms is opened (see Figure 15). You can see different buttons depending on a state of a form:

1.1. Click button [Fill new] next to the taxpayer registration form in a table. This button is not shown, when registration form is in state Submitted and processing. In this case you must wait for the approval or rejection of the form to amend approved registration form (using function 3.4 Amend registration data), or to start the new registration from the beginning.

1.2. Click button [Continue filling] to proceed with filling of form earlier saved.
2. The system opens taxpayer registration form. Registration form buttons and navigation is described in a filler help pages (Figure 70).
3. Fill the information into given registration form fields (see Figure 19).

4. Add mandatory attachments and prepare data for submission:
4.1. To save the entered data click button [] (Save).
4.2. Click button [Attachments], to upload required attachments. Detailed instructions how to upload attachments are given online in a filler help pages.
4.3. Click button [] (validate) to validate registration form fields and attachments. System checks if all mandatory attachments are uploaded and all required fields are filled in with appropriate information.
4.3.1. If there are any errors or warnings found, the system displays them in an errors/warnings window. Click on the particular error/warning to be redirected to the related data field.

5. If all data is valid and correct click button [Submit]. If you’ve missed step 4.3, the validation is done automatically, and you will have to correct the incorrect data.
6. After successful submission the registration state is set to Submitted and processing. The registration record can be found in a list of registration forms history

7. When a decision is made to submitted registration form the system sends you an e-mail and an information message informing about:
7.1. Approval. In this case registration’s state is set to Approved.
7.2. Or rejection. In this case rejection reason is included into e-mail and information message. Registration state is set to Rejected.
