Paying Your Account :

Please note:
TVL invoices are due for payment by the 20th of each month. Failure to pay your invoice by the due date without contacting TVL to discuss alternative arrangements may result in disruption of services.

Your TVL invoice is issued during the first week of each month and is available for viewing and downloading from the “Your Account” section of the TVL web site www.tvl.vu

Paper invoices will not be delivered to you unless you have specifically requested the paper invoicing option. Should you require a paper invoice to be posted to you, please contact TVL Customer Care on 081111.

Accessing your ebill:
Postpaid customers will receive an email/SMS notification during the 1st week of every month notifying them that their latest invoice is available at www.tvl.vu .
To view your invoice, go to www.tvl.vu, click on the Your Account option at the top right of the page, and select Login to E-Account.
A new window will open where you will need to enter your Customer Code, Payer Code and Password. Click “Login” to then access your invoices.
If you have lost or forgotten your login details, please contact TVL Customer Care on 081111.

Paying your invoice/ebill:
All amounts must be paid in full by the due date (20th of the month) to avoid disruption to services.

Payment in Person:
Payment by cash, cheque, credit card or ANZ EFTPOS can be made during opening hours at the following locations:
Telecom House, Lini Highway, Port Vila – opposite Fatumaru Bay
TVL Post Office Retail Shop, Port Vila
TVL Santo – Luganville
TVL Tanna- Lenakel

Payment via Internet/Bank Deposit:
Payment via internet banking or bank deposit can be made in favour of Telecom Vanuatu Limited into any of the following accounts. Please ensure that you include your customer number in the transaction reference field so that we are able to allocate your payment correctly.

Payment via Direct Debit:
Payment via direct debit can be done by downloading and completing a direct debit application form and emailing it to customercare AT tvl.net.vu or returning it to the Customer Service team at Telecom House.

Payment Difficulties:
Should you be unable to pay by the due date, please contact TVL on 22185 and ask to speak to the Credit Control department to discuss the possibility of a payment extension.
